How to file a takedown.
If you believe that material posted by a Customer or Contractor on or through the Service infringes your copyright — for example, a photograph or video confirmation that includes your face, your premises, your branded apparel, or your copyrighted choreography — you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Agent.
A complete notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (a URL is helpful; a description such as "the one with the blue car" is not);
- your contact information;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Submit notices to dmca@akickintheballs.com or by mail to our Designated Agent, address available on request and on file with the Copyright Office.
